For residency programmes Kurdistan Region
ResidencyKRD builds the month's spots for you, lets residents trade them between themselves in the app, and holds every swap until an admin confirms it.

Spot management is the whole job: get the month out, let people trade when life happens, and keep one authoritative version of who is on.
An admin generates the monthly schedule. Every spot comes out assigned, with partners and coverage accounted for, instead of being built by hand in a spreadsheet.
Each resident opens the app and sees their own month — what is coming up and everything they have already worked. No group chat, no printed sheet on the noticeboard.
A resident who cannot make a spot offers it to a colleague and agrees a swap in the app. The two of them settle it directly, which is how it happens anyway.
Nothing moves on the real schedule until an admin approves the swap. The month stays authoritative, and there is one record of who agreed to what.
The same schedule, reached two different ways — and a resident never opens a screen full of somebody else's month.
