Contact us
Email us and tell us your name, which programme you are in, and what happened. If it is about the schedule, add the date and the spot. We read English and Kurdish, and answer within two working days.
- Signing in, or a phone number that is no longer yours
- Anything in the app or the website that looks like a fault
- Deleting your account or your data, and privacy questions
- Which spots you were given this month
- Confirming a swap you have already agreed with a colleague
- Joining a group, leaving one, or your partner pairing
Who to ask
ResidencyKRD does not decide who works where. Your programme does, through its own admins, and we have no authority to change a published month. Sending the question to the right place is usually the difference between an answer today and an answer next week.
- Ask your admin: anything about the content of the schedule — the spots you were given, a swap waiting to be confirmed, your partner pairing, or being added to and removed from a group.
- Ask us: anything about the software — you cannot sign in, a screen will not load, a number is wrong everywhere and not just for you, or you want your account or data deleted.
If you are not sure, email us anyway. We will tell you who to speak to.
Signing in
Sign in with the phone number, email address or username your programme registered for you. If none of them are recognised, your account may sit under a different one — your admin can tell you which.
- The code has not arrived: give it a minute, check that you have signal, then ask for it again. Codes expire, so use the newest one.
- Your number has changed: email us from an address we can tie to you, or ask your admin, and we will move the account to the new number rather than making you a second one.
- You were signed out: signing in again is enough. If it keeps happening, or you see activity you do not recognise, email us the same day.
Spots and swaps
The month appears in the app once an admin publishes it. Until then the app has nothing to show you, and an empty month usually means the schedule is still being prepared rather than that something is broken.
- A spot looks wrong: take it to your admin with the date. They can see the whole month and correct it; we cannot.
- A swap has not gone through: a swap takes two steps — the other resident agrees, then an admin confirms it. Until the admin confirms, the original assignment is the one that counts, and both of you should plan around it.
- Your history is missing months: months worked before your programme joined ResidencyKRD are not in the app. Anything after that which is genuinely missing is worth an email.
Report a problem
A good report is one we can reproduce. Send us as much of this as you have:
- What you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The date and roughly the time it happened, and whether it happens every time.
- Your phone or computer, its operating system version, and the app or browser version.
- A screenshot, with any patient details covered before you send it.
Found a security weakness? Email us with Security in the subject line and give us time to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not hold a good-faith report against you.
Your account and data
You can edit your own profile in the app. For anything larger, these two pages take the request directly:
- Delete your data — removes what is held against your account while the account itself stays, so you can carry on signing in.
- Delete your account — closes the account as well. Tell your admin first, because you will be taken off the months that follow.
Both are checked with you before anything is deleted, and neither happens on the strength of a submitted form alone. What we keep, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
